Only if you are headed for the CG. Otherwise I think the market place is dead for new appraisers in the Res side of things.

Competition is tight.

But as long as you can outwork, outrun and outsmart your competition, there is always work to be had.

Or, you can just go out and make sure every deal gets closed and do well, too.

An honest appraiser can make about 30-40K right now.

Is that gross or net income after all real business expenses, not cutting any thing out?
