I have two appraisals I need to complete the Marshall & Swifts 1007 form on. I dont have a current M&S handbook so I was just going to buy a new CD with all that on it.. I am looking at their software and to get that form on a CD is quite pricey. Plus I am not sure of exactly which CD does what I need.

Can the form be dowloaded somewhere and just filled in by hand? I dont find it in my software (Day One Nova). Suggestions?

Jeff:

Look for the square foot cost form in Nova. It is a 1991 Farmers Home Administration form that is almost a duplicate for Marshall & Swifts 1007, FmHA even gives it the form number of 1007 at the very bottom. I use it for new construction HUD reports and never had a complaint. It was also in the Day One forms, Day One doesn't have a contract with M&S, that is why they provide the FmHA version. What specific page in M&S are you looking for? I have the printed handbook and the one you have might be current. If there is a more current page I could fax it to you.

THANK YOU JO ANN!!!!!!
I would have never found that form in there.
