Just got back from church this morning with a lovely juicy bit of information on the continuing melt down of the broker industry............the largests local broker in Ozzie is called Mortgage Choice and 5 yrs ago a franchise cost ~$200,000.............the current asking price is is now down to a bargain ~$50,000.

Why wouldn't someone just open their own office and call it "Choice Mortgage" for free....
