Hi,
In Illinois most of us have heard to a firm whose initials are '(The) ME' We won't do any work for them, ever, they are just not our kind of firm (which always stuns the LOs when they call), but I was wondering if any of you are getting this:
Their owners are calling us, attempting to order their own appraisals, at least as of late. Every time this happens we tell them they can't do that, that they must have their LO engage us, which leads to the LO calling and saying, "We never heard of that before..."
Now, I am having a very hard time believing that. Is this some kind of new policy for these guys? Owners ordering their own appraisal for a FRT? Just wondering if any of you all were getting the same thing.
