Metropolitan Statistical Areas

I once had a link to a website that allowed you to look up Metropolitan Statistical area NUMBER (the one that's to be reported at the top of page one of the URAR.) I can't find it and I've googled it for awhile and can't find it there either. Maybe it no longer exists. I get maps, populations stats - everything but the page/piece that provides the MSA area map number. Would anyone have it....or another source that would show it?
