Acker Appraisal (AA) is a local residential appraisal company specializing in mortgage appraisals, private market valuation appraisals, and legal appraisals. AA covers Clare, Midland, Isabella, Osceola, and Gladwin counties. AA has been a local, trusted company for over 20 years that has developed relationships with multiple banks/credit unions within the effective market area, in addition to multiple lawyers.

Position Description:

This posting is for the purchase of Acker Appraisal. AA is looking for a Michigan Certified Residential appraiser (or State Licensed Appraiser eligible to receive Certified license by 07/31/2017). The selected candidate will receive proper market training within the effective counties. After proper market training, the selected candidate will transition into full control of AA operations, including ALL appraisal orders and any new contracts the candidate secures. Purchase contract will contain a non-compete clause for any current AA employees within the effective market areas. Payments will be made on a monthly basis. A Purchase Contract must be signed by all parties prior to candidate taking control of AA.
