MLS Boards

Does anyone know the MLS Boards for Highlands or Hardee Counties. And can I get lucky that they both have the same MLS system?

Hey Bill,

Here you go: Highlands has two - Highlands Association of Realtors and Avon Park Area Board of Realtors

Hardee is Wauchula Board Of Realtors

I don't know if any of these boards are covered through a larger regional agreement.

Thank you. When I googled Highlands I saw the 2 MLS Boards but couldn't figure out what they were. As you pointed out they are 2 different MLS Boards for the same county.

FAR has a some thing called MLS Advantage, where boards which participate can basically access other boards info Sale, active, etc. and can search these also. North sure which boards do and do not but here I can access Those boards for Nassau, and St Augustine, I also know that Orlando and Miami-Dade is on it due to me playing around one day. But the counties mention I have no idea.

I see that MLS Advantage covers Highlands. I'm caught between my real estate board and FAR that controls access to MLS Advantage. FAR says they have no information on me and my real estate board says it sent everything to them. So I wait.
