amazing how many Unlicensed / Non Certified people think they know the business; then again with the Zillow / Rat Pak analytics / Bozo Beneficial Analytics' and everyone else, why should we expect anything different ??
I think everyone who claims to know appraising should be allowed to appraise a $300,00+ house in their own neighborhood and submit it to a Local Bank for a Mortgage. Along with that scenario, they should also be 100% Liable for that report; be required to Post a Surety Bond.
I do Not get paid to educate, there are now way to many obstacles; the Public and as a purchaser of real estate, a buyer or potential buyer should obtain the requisite knowledge to be in the game.
