I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question. I recently relocated from Georgia, back to Jacksonville, FL.. I was a registered trainee in Georgia and I was told by the folks at FLDBPR that the education credit would transfer. Can anyone here verify that? Has anyone done this before? It's not that I think that a government employee would just tell me something to get me off the phone it's just that I like to double verify everything. ;)

Found the answer to the question. The education credits are transferable according to AQB and Reg. 475

Also check if you need duplicate certificates from the education provider that are state specific. Usually the education provider will show the state course approval code on your completion certificate. You may need to have them re-issued with the Florida approval codes showing from the course provider.

I would double check to avoid a possible delay when you submit to the state.:icon_idea:
