Ok, it's been a very strange week but...

I have a new lender that contacted us by phone three days ago for
a "rush" appraisal. I set the appointment for this next week but
told him I had to have a written order. Suggested he go to our web
site and order online.

Two days go by and this morning I call him, again, and mention I have to have an order to proceed with this.

By 5:30 PM I still have no formal order so as I have his e-mail
address... I send him an e-mail and mention...hey, I still do not
have your order and if it is easier, you could could fax us the order instead.

Tonight I received the following e-mail:...from the lender

"Can you fax me one, my internet is down, thanks the lender" :?

 I am still brushing the tears from my eyes... lenders say the
darnests things....

Do you suppose that just seconds after he hit the send button...at
his e-mail address...his first thought was... oh no...that was a dumb
thing to say???
