To All:

Tom Munizzo, IFA, Chairman of the NAIFA HUD Committee, has prepared a very informative report on the changes currently taking place at HUD. Whether you are an aspiring FHA appraiser or a seasoned FHA veteran, this report is a must read.

Brad,

Tom did a very good job and is to be commended for it.

Hey, Brad E said you were a new NAIFA member from California. Did you quit Fast Eddie's School of FHA Appraisal already or did you graduate??

So when do you go for your IFA??

Ben

Ben,

Yes, Tom did do an outstanding job! There is so much to comment on, I don't even know where to begin. But you know me, I'll figure it out. Let me start with, HUD spelled backwards is.......

Yes, I am happy to report that, I graduated 25th in my class over at Fast Eddie's School of FHA Appraisal and Auto Body Repair. I would have done better if it wasn't for that darn section on local code enforcement and drywall applications.

"When do I go for my IFA"? That depends on how long my EGO can handle the "candidate" status!

Ciao

Ben,

Brad forgot one other factor- how long he can stand my pressure on him to get designated! Seriously, he knows I'll help, and his skill levels are right where they ought to be (I know- I've seen his work!).

OK Brad- start looking thru those files for the subdivision with perfect pairs...

Brad Ellis, IFA, RAA
