The NAR declared victory in losing a lawsuit with the DOJ. Seems they didn't have to pay a fine and therefore, they "won"....How stupid. They were told they cannot stop internet Realtors from using the MLS. The settlement requires them to do exactly what the internet Realtors wanted.

To try to spin everything from April numbers were better than March (of course, they are always better in April) and now that they are winning a suit they really lost? Gimme a break.

The NAR has no credibility and apparently thinks people are so stupid as to not be able to see thru their spin.

NAR ethics? Can you say oxymoron? They think ethics is on the hair care aisle, and oxymoron refers to a high priced pimple cream.
