Anyone doing business with NAS (Network Appraisal Service).

They insist their id number be placed over the file number. This is not normally a problem but with FHA it is.

They want the case number put in file number and their number where the case number would normally go. The problem with this is it changes the case number on the vc sheets. The case number would appear in file number. (so much for my own file number)

They said they have spoken with HUD on this.

Just wondering if anyone else has faced this.
