Oh that global warming sure is pesky... But these are invasive species, and need to all die or sent back to where they come from.

What we are experiencing is weather.
Weather is today, but climate is the patterns of the past. That's why the models are so amusing because they are so wrong...but are supposed to be "settled" science, something that does not exist. Aristotle was "settled science' for over a millennia, Newton was "settled science" until Einstein turned that on its head, and we still don't have a unified field theory. What global warming expert has got it right in 40 years? None.

Here today can't make up its mind to snow, sleet, rain or freezing rain...snow early, now freezing rain.

Do oranges freeze in Florida? Why, yes they have. That's not unusual.
