Just wanted to see how many appraisers have nationwide clients and/or clients that service more then one state and I am not talking about through an AMC.

Nationwide clients

Big banks, credit unions, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, etc. I should have been more specific and instead of saying nationwide, I really mean do you have any clients that service more then one state?

I have mortgage broker clients that broker their loans to multi-state wholesale lenders but very few multi-state clients.
