Need Advice From Anyone In Georgia

Its very hard to find a mentor in Georgia. Too many appraisers down here and they don't want to share the business. My advice is to hit the streets and let your instructor (sounds like Dr. Martin) sign off for you. There is no doubt that you will burn some bridges in the process and that really can't be helped. But it sounds that you are a self motivating person and that is a large part of the battle. When you make mistakes just apologize and fix them quickly.

Just make sure that whoever is signing behind you is actually looking at the report and giving you some guidance. The last thing you want is to go through the mentoring process without learning how to appraise.
