We performed an appraisal on a 1.2 million dollar house in our office a couple months ago that they also did an avm on. The processor said the avm was off. What are you using this for??
 
Your grammar is like fingernails on a chalkboard. A "copy of an AVM." An AVM is software. You want a CD with a lot of encoding? :)

I'll take you mean a value estimate developed with the assistance of an AVM, and I further take it, for some reason, the tax assessment rolls do not satisfy your intended use, because that's about the biggest "copy of an AVM" (yeesh) someone is going to come up with.

You could just take properties that sold and enter the addresses into Zillow, etc. In fact, I think someone published some studies based on that in Appraisal Scoop.
 
I don't have what you are looking for regarding a human appraisal and an AVM generated value, but take a look at this. These are real closed recent sales from MLS compared to Zillow.
