I got a referral for some private appraisals, which includes 2 small apartment buildings (6 unit and 7 unit). I'd like to get a referral to a commercial appraiser that can help me with these. And by help, I mean do them for a full fee. Anyway, I will discuss the particulars later.

If you do commercial or know someone you trust that does, in the area, please PM me. Thank You in advance.

You're a CG but don't know any local CGs you trust to take the assignments? Kind of odd. Get out and mingle with your brethren. Go to a local AI or ASA meeting. It will payoff in the long run.
