Can someone help with this order in Needles, CA? Must be FHA approved. I would do it but with gas as it is I would have to charge 1 billion dollars!

I did not even know they had houses in needles???

Email me at admin@kohtzandassociates.com & I will forward your contact info!

Sounds like a great assignment for someone, since it's 115 degrees out there.

If the price was right, I would do it, but not until about the end of October when its' below 90 degrees. :icon_mrgreen:

Are they willing to pay triple fee in advance?

Most houses in needles are in haystacks. For Needles, look in the phone book under appraisers. Most will state if they are FHA approved.

Check with appraisers in Mohave County, AZ--Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and Kingman. I did most of the residential appraisals in Needles and Havasu Lake, CA for two years about eleven years ago. Several of the Arizona appraisers in that area are licensed in AZ, CA and NV so they can cover that area which includes Laughlin, NV. Needles, CA, Ft Mohave and Bullhead City AZ, and Laughlin are all across the river from each other. When I worked there I had a very detailed data base that I maintained. One time I was working on an appraisal in Havasu Lake, which is 99 year leases on Indian Reservation land, so nothing of public record--you had to get the information from the blue eyed indian lady in the tribal office. Was walking up to the front door to go inside a property and realized some one was taking photos from the shore and street. When he saw me unlocking the door he came running up there--turned out it was an appraiser from 200 miles away doing a driveby. Asked him if he had been to the tribal office yet, he hadn't and wasn't going to take the time since he had to drive over 400 miles round trip. Always wondered how he completed his report without any sales data. Fifty miles from Needles and one hundred miles from anything else.

Thank you so much for the information!
