 Does anyone find the new FNMA 2000 single family review form redundant? If you have an issue with the data or value found in an appraisal under review, it seems that you essentially have to answer the same questions 2 or even 3 times. Am I wrong?

Yes, this reinvention of the wheel is a mess. If you do it exactly like it calls for, you end up repeating yourself. What I do is write up an addendum, and reference the particular Sections and Questions. That way, I answer the questions more fully and completely, and don't have to repeat myself.
