Anyone thrilled with the new flex MLS? Good grief I almost threw the monitor out the window today as I watched the stupid 'loading loading' icon for 3 full minutes after I clicked on 'edit search'. And the search criteria is spread out over a dozen screens - click, wait, click, wait, click, wait,.... This is why they doubled the fee?

So far I have not been able to find the simple little statistics option that I use ALL THE TIME. The new statistics options make glorious graphs and pretty pictures, but no longer report the average sale price. Duh.

Come to the Phoenix chapter meeting of NAIFA next week--there might be some discussion of your new MLS and other appraisers to compare notes with. Let me know if you didn't receive my meeting notice.

Some good some bad Cindy. If your talking abouth the quarterly ARMLS statistics from the old MLS i have them in PDF format if you want them-only up to quaretr 1 2008 though.

The new MLS is a pain in the ***! However, I think that the main malufuction has to do with to many users. The program offers some great features, but right now everyone is on trying to learn the system. Hopefully once everyone is comfortable things will run more smoothly!
That being said has anyone been able to figure out how to print I-MAPP from the new program? It's keeping me up in the night. I can print CMAs with adjustments, but I can not print a silly I-MAPP report!!!

There is a "print this page" link on the right of the imap page, thats what i've been using. it always prints one or two lines on a second page with legal paper, so i just click print 1 page.

Thanks! I knew I had seen it the first time I logged on, but could not find it again the next time.

I am having a rough time with this new flexMLS..I really need a bit of help if anybody has the time...please PM me and we'll exchange phone #'s. I've been doing the tutorials but my questions are not really getting answered...maybe it's the hours I keep....muchas gracias!!!

I got two nasty million + appraisals I have to bang out in the next two days. By the time I filter through the non-sense, I'm sure I'll be pretty proficient. Hit me up tomorrow on an IM if you have questions. I'm going to bed now, but will be up by about 4 AM to start working on these puppies.

I normally dress in cargo shorts, short sleeve designer shirt, and flops... B/C of the properties I was doing today, I wore dress slacks, long sleeve collared designer shirt, and dress shoes... over 13,000 sq ft of GLA between the two properties I measured. With temps hovering in the 108 degree mark, it was a hot *** day for this guy over that four hour inspection period between the two properties. Thank God this little general type store in Peoria had snowcones. I killed three of those puppies while I was there cooling off!
