Is there someway or somewhere I can go where I can test drive ACI software to see what it is all about? See how difficult or easy it is to use.

Yeah, just download the demo. However, you can't do WebUpdate as far as I know when you're using the Demo, so you may be missing a few forms or something. Otherwise I am pretty sure it's fully functional.
