Hello all,
Anyone take the General Certified exam recently?

If so, do you remember any specific questions?

I am going to be sitting for the exam in two weeks, and was
looking for a little help as to what a few of the questions would be.

I'm studying the Fisher, Tosh Questions & Answers book,
any other material that would be relevant to the General Exam?

I do appreciate any guidence the NJ Certified General Appraisers may have to offer.
Thank you very much.

George

I took the Certified General exam two weeks ago and passed. I used my course textbooks and 'Questions and Answers to Help You Pass the Real Estate Appraisers Exams' CD. Both were helpful.
