Just got an order from Landsafe. In the converastion with the homeowner I was informed of the following

House is 6 Bed,4 bath.

one bath was beeing remodeled and was never completed, no bath tub, no sink, no drywall.

Living room is exposed concrete, slab on grade, no floorcovering(carpet

Hall way has no floorcovering.

The Pool is drained.

This is the first time i have come across this. I can give them a cost to fix everything(estimate). Should I make this "As-is or subject to" As far as **, the subject still has three usable bathrooms.

Any sugestions about the pool?

Did I mention that it has a indoor spa, and laundry room in the attic.

That is the scope of work? Call the client and ask them how they want you to proceed with the appraisal

Did I mention that it has a indoor spa, and laundry room in the attic.

What do you expect, your in California.

Is this an REO assignment? Or just a beat up house?

What Ron says. Go into your update screen, as the heading write, please place order on hold, and in the body of the message tell them everything you told us. Then ask, Please advise on how or if to proceed?

Wait.

If you don't hear back, update every day with "Still Waiting".

It may take awhile. Once with LandSafe the LO called the owner and had all the items completed first and then took the order off hold.
