Plus the fact that it depends on the Appraiser. If you are doing the type of Work that the Lenders want, you will be working until the end. If not you are probably not working now, and haven't been for some time. They have referred to it as "Lender Pressure" for some time on this Forum. Those who have been confronted with it are probably not working very much whether times are good or bad.
