I have only done a few appraisals for Non lending situations and it has been a long time........did them on either a 2055 or a 1004(I knowm2: )

Now I have another one but I do NOT want to put it on a lender form.

I found some good forms to include under the "Non Lender" forms category , but none of them are "Major" forms(Alamode-Aurora)
Is there a Major Form for non lender reporting?
Where is it.......THANK YOU!

I never use a lending form any more for private work. I did try the AI Summary form when it first came out but found that by and large I did not like it. It is a little self-serving and bulky feeling.

I now do all of my private work on the alamode General Purpose form. You do have to put your own Certs and Limiting Conditions in one time for the template, but that is no big deal. Once it's there, it's done.
