Not REAC, Go To HOC

Talked to someone at REAC this afternoon & was told that REAC now only handles adding new appraisers to their list. The final word on any questions should now be directed to your Home Ownership Center. I also confirmed this with someone at the Santa Ana HOC today.

Not a real suprise given the level of funding that HUD gave REAC. The current administration talks a good story but doesn't put it's money where it's mouth is. Borrower or taxpayer protection is a back burner joke.
