Yep, they did. Actually, I'm surprised they are putting out the truth now with all the hype that was put out earlier.

The other thing I'm noticing, at least in my market, is that the prices have stabilized and in some subdivisions, it appears that they might be going down just a little.

Ditto those market conditions here also. Inventory is up, days on market is up, and asking prices keep soaring (with no sold properties to justify them). Market is in heavy denial stage, won't be long before reality sets in.

We've been getting conflicting news articles around here too.
It all depends on who the author is and if maintaining their livlihood depends on coming up with a convincing enough spin to keep the buyers coming.
