How the Govenor put this person on the board is beyond me.

I have no doubt that many appraisers would defend her for some of the standard reasons.

They are a nice person

They are friends with them

They play golf with them

They are members of the same appraisal groups.

They are drinkin' buddies.

They supply inside information from the board.

They have promissed to help get someone else appointed to the board when a vacancy opens.

They are old college buddies.

They have promised to "go after someone" or to let someone escape the wrath of the board.


Believe me, I have heard all the reasons before...juts none that were unbiased..
