One woman's opinion.....and I agree

All the time but I am not a big time Wall Street Guru like yourself. Not sure I need any stock market advice from you.

Yet you will take advice from Melody Wright about the real estate market who says it is going to crash 30 to 50%. Put your money in the mattress.

Sure, she is far more credible than someone using a fake name and no credentials. Warren Buffett now owns the top 3 manufactured home manufactures in the country and parts of others. Due to the governments rush to get more people in homes, there will be modular and manufactured home sub-divisions on par with D. R. Horton but $100,000+ lower prices. Check out D. R. Hortons stock market trip for the year. When stick built homeowners have to compete for first time homebuyers they are going to have to lower their expectations and prices. People who got $20,000-$50,000 in interest rate buy downs, seller concessions, extra features etc. do not have that kind of cash to help out the buyer of their home. There are not enough first-time buyers nor homes entry level prices to keep the real estate market moving. What are they building these days? Apartments. Apartments where would be first time buyers are paying rent equal to mortgage payments. They are unable to save any money toward buying a home. Average first time home buyer is now inching toward 45 years old. Lots of signs that the housing market is not going in the right direction.
