I bet most, if not all, would not print your report if provided a pdf or on usb drive.
digital, baby, digital......
It's still easier and convenient to read a hard copy report.
 
In my engagement letter, I state I will provide a signed PDF copy of the report to their email address. I sign, they sign, done deal.

I ask private party client usually for estate appraising whether they want a hard copy? Usually they say yes.
And when I print out the report, I see minor issues which I correct before sending to the client.
Since I'd been buying cheaper clone HP ink, the true colors aren't that good and that's a problem.
