Long over due, but it appears the tide may be turning. We are at least at the point where it is viewed as inappropriate. Now if we can just get to the point of it being illegal.

I can remember the current Gov. showing up on TV a whole lot more in the months prior to his election and thinking how odd it was to start seeing his "public service" ads for the "common good".

It sure would be nice to elect a person that is truly interested in serving the PUBLIC with no self-interest!

To do that you need the following selection process:
Anyone who WANTS that sort of power is immediately disqualified from running for, or appointment to, any political office.

and a good start would disqulifying ANYONE that makes a political contribution to the people that make the appointments.
