Polaroid Software

Does anyone use the appraisal software distributed by Polaroid? In Canada, I believe it is generally the accepted software, however they have had some financial difficulties. Just wondering if they make a US version, in Canada the programis called CSA Picture Pro, Track Pro etc... Thanks

It's called ACI here. I use it and tend to really like it have tried other software but find this is the one that I like the best.

You can call poloroid digital solutions at 1-800-234-8727 and ask them if it is their software.

Polaroid, currently, owns 2 softwares. In the states, they are known as ACI and MCS. Call 800-234-8727 and talk to Scott Parks at extension 211.

Polaroid is not having financial problems. They are bankrupt. :lol:

By the way, the appraisal software section of Polaroid may be being sold to a Canadian company.

Last I heard was Polaroid (ACI-etc) has been bought and is in fine shape, it was the only portion that was showing a profit and has been added to another source & I can't remember :? Next time I'm in their products area, will check it out.

By the By, switched about 6 months back and am totally satisfied; keep learning new aspects of their program, pretty soon I hope to be able to just call in & tell it what to do. Have almost completed setting up everything :lol:

The company name that is trying to buy PDSI(ACI and MCS) is called Appareo. However, ala mode is protesting the sale and as far as I know, the deal is on hold and will not close until all issues are resolved.

Best to ask ala mode on that as I don't know. However, the press release was printed on this forum, as well as others, a couple of weeks back.
