inland lots are worth $100,000. they measure 10,000 sq.ft. lakefront properties see a 25% increase in value. they are also 10,000 sq.ft. what are the front feet of these lakefront properties worth by the foot.

I had this same question on 5/9.
I was not sure but I answered $1,250.

The value of the property: $100,000 x 1.25 =$125,000
Square root of 10,000ft 2 = 100ft
$125,000/100ft frontage=$1,250/front foot

Is this correct???

mine asked by the foot answer is $12.50 per front foot yours may have been for the whole 100 ft your answer is correct.
