Oh, man...looks like a 69 or so Suburban...low rider. I drove one in 73 for an engineering company. That SOB would strand you most every trip. You'd go to start it...zip. nothing, nada. No lights on, no click, no start. Try it 100 times and nothing. Wait 15 minutes and it might start. They switched out the ignition, the regulator, the starter solenoid, cables the whole works. Nothing stopped it. And if it didn't start the first time, no use trying until you waited that 15 minutes. Boy did it suck.
