For the management of properties I'am using Stemmons Multi Family Property Management software version 4.52 with Windows 98.
I'am searching for the version 4.521 working with Windows 2000 (and XP?). Can anyone help me? The software company (Stemmons Software in Dallas) does not exist anymore.
I have technical experiences with the Stemmons database and the reports. So if I can help you..

Check with your local board of Realtors. Years ago, when I was in the brokerage end, I would get mailers for all kinds of RE software for agents and managers.

You may want to check with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) in Chicago.

Version 4.521 came out in 1997 with the last update in 2000, so it is doubtful that it would be compatiable with WinXP.

The Real Estate Center at Texas A & M has a list of RE software:

Check it out, it may have something of interest.
