I'm looking for a good and honest appraiser for a residential income property I own in
Punxsutawney, PA. It is rented to college students(IUP's auxillery/cullinary campus) on a yearly, room by room basis. I'm looking to do a refi with a possible construction addition. The last appraiser,when I purchased, had no clue of rental data and did not want to entertain an income approach. Please give me a call (Mike)703-626-3986 if your interested.
