There is no other group or organization that has taken such an initiative as NSAO.
It is your state coalitions joining together to improve our profession.....find yours or if you have to start one and get involved.

Dave Bunton sure has an axe to grind.
It is obvious that he is pretty peeved off with the AI. I don't know enough about their dispute to know whether or not Mr. Bunton's hard feelings towards the AI are warranted.

One thing that I do know is that it is not a good thing for appraisers for these two organizations to be at odds with each other and it would be good if the leadership of both organizations would check their collective egos and find a way to come to some sort of a rapprochement.

Warranted or not describing the AF as a battered spouse is waaaaaay over the top and below someone in his position.

Yes, I agree that the analogy was pretty absurd and was not a professional thing to say.
