I thought I'd ask in light of some changes the MLS sent me

A few questions. As an appraiser Realtor member, can a broker or agent call a bank and blacklist that appraiser from their sales in spite of MLS /NAR rules & Frank-Dodd Appraiser Independence Requirements? Can they pressure the appraiser to raise the value using that threat? This has been happening locally and nationally.

If bank evaluations (not an appraisal ) contain MLS printouts and the signer of the report is not a member, but the owners are certified appraisers and I presume they provide the printouts but the names have been scrubbed from the MLS sheet, is that a violation?
