Question about FHA application?

I am not sure if I am putting this in the right place, but What is the maximum number of assignments you can accept in a week, and at one time. Thanks for your help.

Because the assignments do not emanate from the FHA, you may receive assignments from a number of sources. Thus, there is no monitor...other than yourself...as to the number of assignments that you may consider for acceptance.

You know, that section really bothered me when I was filling it out. My boss worried me by saying that if I put too high of numbers it would look bad because then I wasn't taking enough time per assignment.

Also, another thing to consider is: are they talking about FHA assignments? Or is it appraisal assignments in general?

I put 5 assignments I'd accept a week and 2 assignments I'd accept at one time. Of course I would accept 15 assignments a week if I could get them these days, and 3 years ago I was doing about 12 a week. I was seeing 2-3 a day and typing 2 a day and would catch up on typing on the weekend.

Anyway I don't really understand what FHA/HUD is trying to glean from the answers but that's what I put, and I'm FHA approved.

Honestly, go with what I said if it's accurate for you. They accepted it in my case.

This is a typical question that most lenders are asking on the application these days.
