Question mark prints next to signature in Adobe acrobat

I am using the acrobat distiller with my residential program. I use the self sign signature on acrobat. A question mark shows up next to my signature when I sent it to a client. How do I get rid of it? Also, how (when) do I change the security settings so that someone else can't change the form???

Do a search under the Technical Forum. I think you may find your answer there for both the 4.0 & 5.0 version of Adobe.
