Using a case study that follows the logical progression from GIM's through DCF models, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the broad range of relationships among key multipliers and rates. This seminar was developed and is taught by Dr. Kenneth M. Lusht, MAI, SRA, Professor of Business Administration at Penn State University. Students are asked to bring a financial calculator.

If interested, send me an email and I'll provide you with a registration form. We are also offering two 4-hour seminars in April and the USPAP/PA Law (7 hours total) required seminar in May (this is NOT the new national 7-hour USPAP class). The current PA certification cycle ends 6/30/03.
