I am looking for first hand user information from any one using RealStat Software in either residential or commercial applications.

1. Do you use the output in reports as printed out in the program?

2. Do you rely on it to determine or verify adjustments?

3. How do you input (manual input or import)?

4. How is the learning curve? Did you take a seminar and buy or just buy sight unseen?

5. Did you think the cost is worth it?

6. Have you used other programs and how does RealStat compare?

7. Do you have any recommendations for other off the shelf real estate multiple regression software programs?

Thanks
