Rebuild letters from the county/city regarding zoning

Tell them your fee for chasing this document, assuming your municipal authority would supply one addressed to the lender. They either pay or they go away. Perhaps they decide a comment would meet their needs.
 
Here the City's zoning ordinance outlines what can be done for non-conforming properties. Luckily it's on-line and I can cut and paste into reports. Not an unusual request. If they want a letter then let them get it.

Just in case a "rebuild" should become necessary, the appraiser highly recommends the client/lender requires a fire/hazard insurance policy to be in force, in order to protect their financial interest, in the even of the destruction of the collateral. :)

In my area, and with the current local policital climate, enviornmental and soil maps, as well as zoning plan maps, can change at a moments notice... often without the current owners knowledge. Therefore, this appraiser ain't signing nuttin' about rebuilding at a future date.
