The whole thing is more than "a little suspect" (as Duncan says), given
that these same financial wizards just recently announce the recession, didn't they ? (after it had been going on for a year).

It's all "Political Spin", the Recession is over when the employment level returns to the level it was prior to the Recession, but I guess the recession is over for the one's who still have their Jobs, since they were never affected in the first place.
