Tennessee required like 14 hours in class and 14 hours online was allowed. They dropped that. All continuing education and qualifying education can be done online now.

The ASFRMA (agri appraisers) have excellent classes. If you want to learn, then the best way is in person. Online is very forgettable.

Yes, I have taken all of my classes online. I wanted to get away from my computer and meet other appraisers, I feel disconnected.
