Hi Donald; I've just discovered this website! WOW! Just what the doctor ordered. I will be done with my appraisal class May 2nd. Then off to the state and national tests. Its wonderful to see so much info and discussion here. I'll need all the help I can get!! What type of appraisal software do you recommend? I have a small budget and a big computer! I'm not purchasing anything until I pass the exams. There are an infinite amount of questions I do have, so any knowlege, tips, advice, comments that you can offer would be extremely appreciated.
