I did a 2 family home for FHA on the 1004. Now the underwriter wants a comparable rent schedule. I have used a single family rent schedule on single family homes but what do you used for a two family for FHA?

Hi Cliff;

I use information published in the Federal Register by HUD. They break it down by cities. The link below will take you to the 2003 figgers. If you do a google for FHA Fair Market Rents you will find the site and the proposed rates for 2004.

Hope this helps

Hal
