I've been appraising for 7 years now but never had a client request an REO land appraisal. I figured this would be a good chance to expand my experience rather than decline the assignment. The land appraisal part is easy enough, I'm just not sure if any type of REO addendum is required. Common sense just tells me to add in a few listings and/or a pending sale on top of my closed sales. Any help you could provide would be most appreciated.
