Yet another in the long list of rediculous condo conversions. I would look for massive seller concessions, ginormous RE commissions, and other assorted nincompoopery. $250k for a crappy apartment with $370/month HOA fees that rent for about $900-$1000 per month? Sure, why not, it's only money.
The whole place was overprice.....right now out of the 360 units (21+- are owned by the developer) 51+- are in process of foreclosure and 4 are bank owned.
too bad for the handfull of owner occupied - most of these were investor owned properties.
Enjoyed seeing those that made it out yesterday. Sorry i did not make it today, but when you have some work on the desk - you gotta getter done!
